Component 2: English Teaching Competencies
Webinar Series
Teachers Up webinars focus on key issues in English language teaching. Each webinar lasts for 60 minutes and it takes place monthly on Zoom. There will be five webinars in module (10 webinars in total). All webinars are FREE and open to all.

Webinars will be given by experts in English language teaching. During these webinars, participants can learn about best practices, tips, and trends in language teaching.  They can also ask questions, see demo lesson plans, and connect with other fellow teachers during breakout rooms discussions. The webinars can also be a panel discussion where a group of experienced teachers share their perspectives and experience.

Webinar Registration
Registration is always FREE, but pre-registration is needed!  Click on the Register Now link below to pre-register for each webinar. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.

Certificates of Attendance
At the end of each webinar, participants will be asked to fill out an attendance and evaluation form to record their names for a certificate of attendance. Participants who attend at least 4 out of 5 webinars of each module will be awarded a program completion certificate.
The certificates are free of charge. Please allow 10 business days for your certificate to arrive in your registered email. (Please check the Spam folder if you do not get the email.)
If you have attended a webinar and submitted the
attendance and evaluation form at the end of that webinar, but you have not received your certificate after 10 business days, please Contact us.
If teachers can’t attend a webinar, they can watch its video recordings. However, they will not be awarded a certificate of attendance.
